Construction in 2026: villa structures first, then the clubhouse
Anchan Villas films its construction sites every few months. Two films of 2026 show Burgundy: in January the foundations and structural frames were going up, in June the clubhouse and gym structure was taking shape. Your own villa is paid by its construction stages, so every payment after the contract follows finished work.
